As a child, the only parades that I liked were my local parades (especially if I was in them) and the Rose Parade. This year my friend Kimmy, McKenna, Shawn and Bryan and I went to the local Denver Parade of Lights. It was a cute little thing, but the real fun was hearing the kids get excited for Santa, and spending time with my buddies. We went to City O’ City first for some drinks before we headed over to The 16th Street Mall.

It was probably the warmest Dec 1st that I will ever experience here. I was happy to take advantage of the warm night and be outside. But now that Christmas is coming, I am wondering where is that snow?
